Xuan and Cheng

Time passes by us too fast that those days I was still joking that I would leave my kids behind to go on a trip with hubby, without them. They were sulky, pleading that they would come with us. Then, my mum came and offered the kids to put up at night at my bro’s place. Both were happy and excited. The first night went by and Cheng started to miss home the following day. Before the clock stroke 12 am, Cheng cried and my bro had to send him home. But Xuan has not come back overnight since then. Soon, he asked our permission to follow my mum back to Kelantan. He was excited and kept asking me to get him a ticket, although we have got him a ticket to go back with us this Wednesday. Xuan packed his clothes in the school bag that I bought for him, he was also worried that many things he planned to bring wouldn’t go thru the security screening. So he asked, is pencil allowed? Have you brought along pencil case when you were younger? Is tumbler allowed? Is sharpener allowed? In the end, he didn’t bring his sharpeners because they are his favourites and he is afraid that they would be thrown away by the airport security. Meanwhile, Cheng was sad that I did not get him the ticket to fly with my mum, he has forgotten that he will cry before bedtime when I’m not around. My mum had to coax him to tell him that his turn to take flight will be very soon. So Xuan was all ok about us not sending him to airport. He called me when he touched down to tell me that everything went on well, so did his bag. When we video-called him, he was enjoying his stay! My baby is a big boy now...
