Empathy

I received a piece of sad news from an old friend yesterday that our old neighbour’s daughter was killed in an accident near her university in Kedah. I feel so much in pain for the family to go thru this trying period. Having gone thru the same sorrow, the whole tragedy is so heartbreaking that I have no idea how I faced it back then. Messages from family and friends were flocking in during that time to show us support. Some even still texted and called to check on us after the whole episode has passed.  But the sorrow is still very much intense even now. May the young girl rip, may the family find the courage and patience to go thru this difficult time. Taking time to grieve has never been easy, we are still dealing with it everyday.
